How long will it take to install the software?The implementation phase is relatively quick. We have built the software to be user-friendly and easy to use, which means you will be up-and-running in a short time. For custom installations, we have a well-established step-by-step process that we have been using for 14 years which streamlines implementation from data retrieval to training.

I am a freelancer. Can FRONTIVA be a good solution for me?Absolutely! FRONTIVA can meet your needs, whether you are a freelancer or a company with 2, 5, 10, 20 or even 100 employees. FRONTIVA can be a lifesaver, especially when you have to put on lots of different hats!
Can FRONTIVA be adapted to our needs?This is our force. We listen and take your suggestions to heart. We may apply your suggestions to one of our regular software updates, or you can hire our production staff to custom-program the features and modules you desire.
Can I choose not to include certain modules?One of the principal advantages of FRONTIVA is the centralization and non-duplication of data. It is possible with custom configurations to de-activate and replace one module with another.
Is FRONTIVA compatible with accounting software?Yes, we have plug-ins for SAGE and Acomba, for example. We can create a link to your existing accounting software. However, while it is part of our solution, the accounting link module is sold separately, because it requires custom configuration for each client.
Does FRONTIVA work just as well on Mac and PC?Of course! We love Macintosh, and FRONTIVA has been developed and thoroughly tested to perform just as well on both platforms.
Resistance to change. How will change affect us?Any change in your organization, big or small, will require a period of adaptation. FRONTIVA is a change for the better, and we recommend that you use the software well and integrate FRONTIVA so that the solution will be most effective in meeting the needs of everyone, whether designers, sales experts, managers or executives.
Can FRONTIVA replace Basecamp or other collaboration tools?
Yes and no. Yes, because these tools probably contain most of the management and planning features you are looking for in FRONTIVA. No, because FRONTIVA, even though complete, has certain limits, and in some cases, it might be preferable to link FRONTIVA to an existing collaboration software and thus have the best of both worlds.
What is the difference between Microsoft Project and FRONTIVA?The difference is night and day. On the one hand, MS Project is a bit more complex and it is designed to manage one project at a time, and lots of tasks. FRONTIVA, on the other hand, manages all of a company’s projects at once, from the estimate to the invoice, and allows follow-up of all active projects, not just a single project. MS Project partners well with FRONTIVA, especially if you require very advanced features (ex: critical path offered in MS Project).
Is your solution in the Cloud?
FRONTIVA is hosted on our servers in America and in Europe, or can be installed on your internal server. In both cases, you will always have access to FRONTIVA wherever you go.
Do APIs exist for FRONTIVA?Yes. It would be our pleasure to present these features which would allow your web programmers to create an application that could communicate with FRONTIVA, for example.
Is the solution Web SaaS?
Absolutely! We offer a 100% web solution. It is also possible to use FileMaker Pro for those who wish so.
